The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through this website.

1. Pricing

All prices listed on this website are inclusive of VAT (21%).

2. Color/Product Description

The product may differ slightly from the one shown in the picture, or the picture may contain parts that are not included in the set. We have made every effort to provide you with the most accurate product description and photos. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on the display (and the device) you use, we cannot guarantee that the display of the colors will be accurate. Same as we cannot guarantee that the descriptions are always current and error-free.

When in doubts, please contact us and we will gladly answer all your questions.

3. Shipping

Our warehouses are located in the EU, but we ship worldwide.

In the European Union shipping takes on average 5 to 10 business days. For the rest of the world it depends from your country. Once we start the shipment you will also receive a tracking number and will be able to follow the status of your order online. Just fill in our order form, and we’ll get back to you with a quote for shipping costs and estimated time of delivery. Make sure to include correct postal code of the area where you are living.

4. How to Use the Product?

For your own safety and the longevity of the product, it’s important you use it properly.

Here are the basic things you should take into account:

  • Follow the instructions in the included manual.
  • Never start the fire while the grill is in the table. Use the dedicated stand for that. For carrying use the included handles, and always wear protective gloves. Learn more here.
  • Never put the grill back in the table while there is still open flame. It’s dangerous. The grill also is not yet ready for cooking. Learn more about how to tell if charcoal is ready for cooking here.
  • Use only tools and accessories made for grilling.
  • Clean the grill grate after every use.
  • Empty the grill of all ash after every use.
  • If you don’t use the grill table, keep it in a dry place under a roof and away from direct sunlight.
  • For storage during the winter and not only, we recommend you use the special cover available from our store. It will help you to keep the table safe and dry.

5. Warranty

The grill table and chairs come with a with a 2-year warranty.

The warranty does not apply if:

  • the product has been used for other purposes or in other ways than suggested by the manufacturer.
  • the product is left outdoors during the winter.
  • the product is left outdoors during the rain or snow.
  • the fire is started while the grill is in the table.
  • the grill is put back in the table while there is still open flame.

6. Returns and Refunds

Once the grill table is delivered, you have 14 days to decide whether or not to keep it. Take into account that if you decide to return the product and get a refund, you will also have to cover the shipping fees. You can not return a product that you have started to use and/or have damaged its packaging.

Any order that can’t be delivered due to insufficient address is also subject a refund (you will charged for the shipping back to our warehouse).
